program following the classroom at your plant. This program offers hands on
optimization of your process. I spend several additional days at the plant,
leading your key operators in optimizing a centrifuge as well as developing
an operating curve of cake dryness vs. polymer dose. All this is followed by
a comprehensive report describing your problem areas with equipment, controls
and demonstrating the capacity of the centrifuge. This report lays out the
cost of polymer, hauling, and recycling in an active cost spread sheet. This
enables you to know the lowest operating conditions now, but also can be
updated with new data in the future.
