Before you can begin to evaluate the centrifuge, you need a data sheet that will calculate the polymer dose, tons processed, and the percent captured, and such.  I have attached a free, active copy of the spreadsheet I use.  There are two versions here, on is if your controls calculate the differential, or Relative RPM, and the other if all you can see is the scroll drive motor speed, or properly the gearbox input speed.
